But don't worry, there's hope. I found the path to healing through integrative health, and I want to share it with you. With functional medicine lab tests, I was able to discover the root causes of my hormone and gut imbalances and work towards restoring my body's natural balance.

Through the gentle practice of Reiki, I also found relief from grief and anxiety, feeling more grounded and able to embrace life to the fullest.
